The exhibits are precious elements of Cretan civilization and they are displayed to the public in order to achieve its spiritual and historical training. Additionally, the museum contributes to the identification and distinction of the Cretan identity, which is different from that of the other nations. |

 he fourth part consists of outdoor buildings which are closely related to the agricultural and cattle breeding activities.These activities include: Stone-made house or shepherd's building, the yard of sheep for milking, the spring of the village, the raki producing system and the threshing floor. |
